The conference proceedings/book will be published in printed form
(with International Standard Book Number/ISBN). The proceedings will
be available for distribution at the conference. The proceedings will
be sent to all major Computer Science Bibliography and indexing databases
for inclusion consideration (such as: DBLP, IEE Inspec, ...).
